Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(JUD)(efd fld) be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 7. Senator Kelly objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(JUD)(efd fld) was returned to second reading.
